The Role
As Sales Manager, your mission will be to expand NFS’s footprint within Cirrus Training Centers (CTCs) and Cirrus Standardized Instructor Pilot (CSIP) networks, closing deals on high-value simulator systems ($45K–$100K+).
Any interested individuals would be invited to our Myrtle Beach production facility for a curated demo experience to build relationship solidify a sale
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Targeting & Outreach
- Identify and target Cirrus CTCs, CSIPs, legacy flight schools, and aviation training centers in North America.
Sales Execution
- Present tailored demo solutions and follow through to contract—typically $45K–$100K+ in size.
Relationship Building
- Nurture long-term partnerships through ongoing engagement, support, introductory demos, and liaising with Cirrus corporate when needed.
- Demo Coordination & Training
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor Cirrus specific training trends, pilot currency demands, and regulatory opportunities to adjust sales strategy and forecast accurately.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with marketing, product, and engineering teams to refine value propositions, handle feedback loops, and optimize launch strategies.
