About the Role

Join a dynamic team at the forefront of aviation manufacturing! As a Thermal Spray Operator, you’ll play a critical role in applying high-performance protective coatings to aerospace components. Your work will directly contribute to the safety, durability, and performance of aircraft parts used in commercial and military aviation.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate thermal spray equipment to apply coatings to metal components with precision and consistency
• Perform essential pre- and post-coating tasks including masking, blasting, and blending
• Set and adjust parameters such as spray pressure, temperature, and feed rate to meet exacting aerospace specifications
• Inspect coated parts to ensure compliance with FAA-regulated quality standards

• Thermal spray experience is a must—ideally in an aerospace or industrial setting
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent math skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions

• 2+ years in thermal spray, welding, or industrial painting
• Familiarity with aviation manufacturing standards and FAA compliance

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $24.00/hr.
