Job Title: Shop HelperJob DescriptionWe are seeking individuals with mechanical aptitude to join our team as Shop Helpers. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling support equipment that rockets will be built in. The equipment resembles racks and frames, and your day-to-day tasks will involve performing various duties around the facility, including moving materials and parts.
Responsibilities- Build Ground Support Equipment (GSE) that rockets will be built in.
- Perform custom work by assembling tubing, cradles, and framing.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to ensure precise assembly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
Essential Skills- Mechanical aptitude.
- Experience with assembly and using hand and power tools.
- Ability to move materials and track parts.
- Mechanically inclined.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience building anything in general.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.

Work EnvironmentYou will be working on the manufacturing floor, supporting the operations of the facility. As prototypes are being built, the environment is fast-paced with frequent changes. The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to take initiative, and adapt to changes without needing constant instructions.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
