Role PurposePerform Ramp and Baggage Services activities in accordance to SOP and responsible for smooth coordination of Ramp and Baggage Services activities performed by AeroDarat and Vendor as per customer airlines requirements (Malaysia Airlines and Foreign Airlines).
Key Accountability- Responsible for smooth Ramp and Baggage Services activities for flight arrivals and departures according to standard operating procedures of Ground Operations Manual, Ground Handling Notices, Ramp Services Manual and Service Level Agreement (SLA) to ensure operation excellence (On time performance, zero short-shipment)
- Ensure availabilty of manpower to perform work, ground equipment and safety tools and comply with all safety, security and SLA requirement. Maintain good relationship with third party customers (airport authority, regulatory body)
- Supervise loading activities according to LIR and precision timing
- To locate delayed baggage, and provide service recovery, to cascade and execute special (baggage and AVI) handling advise conformance to Airlines and security requirements. To perform baggage reconciliation as per airline security requirements
- Ensure operation safety at all times - zero incident and accident at work.To report safety and security non-compliances to the immediate reporting manager
Qualification & ExperienceSPM or SPMV with 0-1 year working experience
Skills & Knowledge- Average command of writing and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Required to attend all regulatory and mandatory training as per AeroDarat Training Manual (TGM)
- Knowledge in MS Office application and PC literate
