Lead Innovation as a CRM Technical Architect in the Aerospace Industry
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a highly skilled Computing Architect to lead the design and implementation of advanced customer relationship management (CRM) and data solutions supporting critical aerospace programs. In this high-impact role, you’ll shape enterprise-wide systems that enhance customer information management, data warehousing, and intelligent automation.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect and lead CRM and data solutions for enterprise-level aerospace operations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to transform user stories into scalable, secure technical architectures.
Mentor and guide technical teams through solution design, delivery, and deployment cycles.
Lead development of data architectures supporting sales, spaneting, and analytics using Salesforce and cloud data platforms.
Integrate AI/ML models into workflows to enhance CRM and data intelligence solutions.
Manage sprint planning, backlog refinement, solution reviews, and deployment activities.
Ensure compliance with DevSecOps practices through tools like Azure DevOps and Copado.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelors degree or higher.
7+ years of IT experience, including Salesforce CRM development and architecture.
Expertise in Salesforce integration (REST/SOAP APIs), data modeling, and large-volume data management.
Proficiency with Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins), and Git-based source control.
Strong development skills: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL.
Experience working with Salesforce Einstein AI and multi-cloud environments.
Preferred:
Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, Integration Architect, or System Architect.
Experience in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing industries.
Background leading cross-functional delivery teams and large-scale Salesforce implementations.
Familiarity with Agile frameworks and tools like Jira and Confluence.
Experience supporting DevSecOps practices in regulated environments.
