Role PurposeWe are seeking a highly skilled and proactive professional to lead micro development and automation initiatives within the Group Human Capital function. This role focuses on streamlining processes, enhancing employee and user experiences, and delivering actionable insights using Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps), Jotform Enterprise, and SAP SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Human Capital processes, strong technical capabilities, and a passion for digital transformation and continuous improvement.
Key Accountability- Design, develop, and maintain automated Human Capital workflows and applications using Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint to enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead the advanced configuration and use of Jotform Enterprise for automation of complex HR forms and workflows.
- Build and manage insightful, interactive Power BI dashboards for real-time HR analytics, trend analysis, and predictive reporting.
- Extract and analyze data from SAP SuccessFactors Reporting, integrating with other data sources as needed to generate comprehensive workforce reports.
- Collaborate with Human Capital teams to identify automation opportunities and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance across all Human Capital automation, forms, and reporting systems.
- Provide training and support to Human Capital teams on the tools developed, encouraging adoption and self-service analytics.
- Stay current with updates and innovations in Microsoft 365, Jotform Enterprise, and SAP SuccessFactors to proactively enhance system capabilities.
- Document solutions, processes, user guides, and technical specifications for sustainability and knowledge transfer.
Qualifications & Working Experience- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR Technology, analytics, or digital transformation roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online).
- Strong expertise in using Jotform Enterprise for form automation, integrations, and conditional logic.
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and predictive analytics.
- Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Reporting, including extracting, interpreting, and integrating data for analysis.
- Solid understanding of HR functions and processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently.
Preferred Qualifications:- Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, and Reporting).
- Experience with data integration tools or APIs.
- Previous exposure to HRIS implementation or support projects.
