Minimum Education
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
Minimum Experience
- Overall Experience: At least 5 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, client consulting, or a combination of these fields.
- Client Management: Minimum of 4 years of experience in client management.
- People Management: Minimum of 1 year of experience in people management.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Team Leadership: Proven experience managing and leading teams with a strong focus on operational excellence.
- Coaching and Performance: Demonstrated ability to coach teams to consistently deliver superior results.
- Customer Relations: Excellence in customer relations and building strong, influential relationships at all levels within an organization. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive service orientation.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to present information in a clear, concise, executive-level format.
- Program Management: Proven ability to drive programs, lead people through change, and meet deliverables in a complex environment.
- Adaptability: Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a rapidly changing regulatory and business environment.
- Communication Skills: Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, databases, and internet applications. Experience with SuccessFactors or other HRIS systems is a plus.
