Job Title: Manager Crew Resources

SUMMARY:
The Crew Resource Manager directs and coordinates those activities and personnel necessary to ensure proper staffing all KA flights by applicable regulations and contract requirements. Essential functions and responsibilities include:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops and implements policy and procedures in conjunction with the ADOCC Scheduling to ensure compliance with all applicable FARs.
- Develops and implements training and performance standards in conjunction with the ADOCC Scheduling for department personnel assigned duties not specifically addressed by the FARs or KA procedures.
- Ensures all scheduled, chartered, and ad-hoc flights are staffed by qualified crew members and flights are Safely released and monitored in accordance with established FARs, international regulations, and KA directives.
- Coordinates with the Director of Training and the Chief Pilot to ensure the timely required training of crewmembers
- Allocates resources in conjunction with the ADOCC Scheduling for the safe and efficient function of department personnel.
- Coordinates with management on methods to reduce costs and improve OCC safety and efficiency.
- Directs individual Crew Resource Coordinator in their daily job functions.
- Maintains required records relating to Crew Resource Coordinator functions.
- Audits Crew Resource Coordinator records for accuracy
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for oversight of all department staff.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school graduate; some college and/or technical school desirable. Must have good working knowledge of world geography and flight operations. Must possess exceptional attention to detail and abstract problem solving capabilities. Experience in an airline operational control center is preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLSAbility to read, write and understand spoken and written English. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
