Aircraft Structures Mechanic (Sheet Metal / Heavy Maintenance)
We are seeking skilled Structures Mechanics with heavy maintenance experience to support growing MRO operations in the Greater Southwest Ohio region. This role supports heavy maintenance, aircraft modifications, and structural repairs across multiple commercial aircraft platforms. Compensation & Benefits
• Hourly Rate: Up to $34.00/hour (DOE)
• Annual Earnings: Most contractors earn approximately $70,000.00+ per year, depending on voluntary overtime
• Per Diem: Up to $45,760 annually (tax-free), based on $880.00/week in tax-exempt per diem

Key Responsibilities
• Perform overhaul, maintenance, and structural repair of aircraft components and assemblies in accordance with company and manufacturer manuals
• Complete sheet metal repairs, structural modifications, and aircraft upgrades on commercial aircraft platforms
• Utilize approved technical data, procedures, bulletins, and repair documentation
• Inspect and identify defective, worn, or damaged structural components
• Maintain compliance with FAA regulations and FAR Part 145 repair station procedures
• Accurately document completed maintenance and repair activities
• Support housekeeping and general maintenance of assigned work areas
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Supervisors or Management
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of sheet metal and structural repair experience within a heavy maintenance, transport, or regional jet environment required
• Prior experience on Boeing 737 Classic & Next Generation aircraft preferred
• Previous experience in a FAR Part 145 repair station environment preferred
• Working knowledge of aircraft construction and structural repair principles
• Familiarity with computer-based aircraft maintenance software
• FAA Airframe License preferred
• A&P License preferred but not required
• Graduate of an aviation technical training program preferred
• Must provide tools as outlined on required tool list
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards
