We're seeking a detail-oriented Outbound Inspector to support its aviation quality and shipping operations team. This role is responsible for ensuring all outgoing aircraft materials, components, and accompanying documentation meet DASI’s Quality Management System (QMS) standards and aviation compliance requirements before shipment to customers and vendors.
The ideal candidate will have aviation parts processing experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced aviation environment while maintaining high attention to detail and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities- Perform visual inspections of outgoing aircraft parts and materials
- Inspect and identify outgoing material and related documentation in accordance with sales orders and repair orders
- Highlight and report any non-conformance, discrepancies, or missing documentation
- Review physical attributes, quantities, certifications, and release records for compliance
- Enter, verify, and validate accurate data within the DASI database system
- Issue DASI material certifications as required
- Ensure compliance with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) handling requirements when processing sensitive materials
- Support the Quality Assurance department with continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with aviation quality standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned
QualificationsRequired:- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year processing aviation surplus parts required
- Minimum 1 year of related aviation or warehouse experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment
Preferred Skills:- Knowledge of ISO and/or AS Quality Standards preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to resolve issues independently and proactively
