Schedule: Monday–Friday First Shift, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $35.00 per hour

In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of safety—using advanced non-destructive testing methods to ensure the integrity, reliability, and airworthiness of critical aircraft components. Your expertise directly supports compliance, quality, and the safety of people who rely on aviation every day.
What You’ll DoAs an NDT Technician, your day-to-day work will include:
- Performing non-destructive testing using methods such as ultrasonic, radiographic, magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, and eddy current testing
- Setting up, standardizing, and calibrating NDT equipment
- Conducting inspections and accurately documenting test results
- Interpreting results to determine acceptance or rejection, with guidance from Level II or III technicians as needed
- Assisting with specialized repair processes
- Ensuring compliance with NAS410 requirements and applicable industry standards
- Collaborating with engineering and quality teams to support product safety and reliability
- Working toward advanced or additional NDT certifications as required
- Completing other duties as assigned to support operational goals
Required Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Understanding of applicable standards and regulations
- Ability to analyze data and make sound technical decisions
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for the duration of the shift
- Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and good vision for identifying small defects
- Willingness to comply with DOT/FAA regulations, including drug testing and random testing enrollment
Preferred Qualifications- Prior experience in NDT, especially dye penetrant (PT) and/or magnetic particle (MT) testing
- Familiarity with aviation or aerospace environments
- Current or progressing NDT certifications

Pay Details: $20.00 to $35.00 per hour
