PDS Tech Commercial is hiring Maintenance Technicians to support conveyor, material handling equipment (MHE), automation systems, and building maintenance in a fast‑paced, 24/7 operation. This role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance to keep systems running safely and efficiently.
Location: Tracy, CA
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 1st shift (4AM to 12:30PM)
Pay: Up to $32/hour DOE
What You’ll Do
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain conveyor systems, MHE, and related mechanical equipment
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance using a CMMS/work‑order system
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and basic controls issues affecting conveyor performance
Replace motors, belts, rollers, bearings, sensors, and drive components
Support robotic systems, sortation equipment, and automation platforms tied to conveyors
Perform basic electrical work, including lighting and controls troubleshooting
Assist with welding, carpentry, plumbing, and facility repairs as needed
Maintain safety devices, racking, and guard rails
Accurately track parts, tools, and spare inventory
Communicate clearly with operations, leadership, and maintenance teams

Requirements
3+ years maintenance experience (MHE and/or facilities)
OR combination of experience and trade school/college (2:1 ratio)
High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Conveyor systems maintenance and repair
Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
Pneumatic systems knowledge
CMMS/work‑order experience
Hand and power tool operation
Reading schematics and technical drawings
Ability to operate PIT / obtain certification
Must pass WSI certification
Comfortable working in a 24/7 operation

Pay Details: $25.00 to $32.00 per hour
