What You’ll DoAs an Integral Fuel Cell Assembly Technician, you will play a key role in aircraft production and system installation. Responsibilities include:
- Read, interpret, and follow technical work instructions, blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Assemble and install structural parts, sub-assemblies, and major wing components
- Perform sealing, plumbing, and electrical component installation on aircraft assemblies
- Work on both composite and metal aircraft structures
- Use hand tools, power tools, torque tools, rivet guns, drills, crimpers, and specialized assembly equipment
- Apply lubricants, solvents, sealants, primers, adhesives, coatings, and finishes as required
- Inspect completed work for quality and Foreign Object Debris (FOD) compliance
- Operate mechanical lifts such as scissor lifts and elevated work platforms
- Use computers in a production environment for work instructions and documentation
- Work inside wing fuel cells and confined spaces for extended periods while maintaining safety and precision
Required Qualifications- Ability to access and enter wing fuel tank openings approximately 18" x 10"
- Minimum 1 year of experience using hand-held power tools
- Minimum 1 year of experience following written and verbal instructions
- Ability and willingness to work variable shifts (1st or 2nd shift) based on business need
- Reliable attendance and commitment to schedule requirements
- Ability to meet physical demands including climbing, kneeling, bending, crouching, lifting, crawling, and working in confined spaces
Preferred Qualifications- 1+ year of experience in assembly or mechanical work
- 1+ year operating heavy equipment
- Experience in aerospace, automotive, robotics, manufacturing, or military environments
- Enrollment in a manufacturing-related high school, community college, or technical program
Schedule & Pay- Location: San Antonio, TX
- Job Type: Full-Time Consultant (6-Month Assignment)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday with variable 1st and 2nd shifts based on business needs
- Pay Rate: $43.05/hour (Includes $37.96 base pay + $5.09 Health & Welfare benefit)
- Work Environment: 100 Onsite

Pay Details: $43.05 per hour
