We’re looking for skilled and reliable Assembly & Test Technicians to support production in a dynamic manufacturing environment. In this role, you’ll work on both standard production and experimental/prototype assemblies, helping bring high-quality products to life.
What You’ll Do- Assemble, troubleshoot, calibrate, adjust, and test equipment, components, and systems
- Perform alignment and calibration checks, making adjustments and repairs as needed
- Follow detailed specifications, blueprints, and standard work instructions
- Use a variety of precision tools and manufacturing equipment
- Train and mentor less experienced technicians and inspect their work
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Accurately document test results and communicate with engineers and senior technicians
- Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency
What You’ll Need- At least 1 year of assembly and testing experience
- Advanced proficiency with tools including:
- Hand tools
- Torque wrenches
- Micrometers & calipers
- Lock wire pliers
- Ability to read and interpret:
- Blueprints, CMMs, S/Vs, TILs, and service documents
- Familiarity with SAP, safety procedures, and standard work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Preferred Qualifications- Certifications in soldering, crimping, SPC, dielectric/pneumatic testing, or ESD
- Experience with continuous improvement (CI), 5S, Kaizen events, and HOS activities
- Knowledge of RPS, Kanban systems, BIQ, and TPM practices

Pay Details: $23.32 per hour
