The CMC Welder – Hourly is responsible for manufacturing hardware utilizing established TIG welding and assembly processes for Ceramic Matrix Composites (CMCs). The role performs high-quality welds and inspections, follows process instructions and weld schedules, and partners with Production Control and Process Engineering to ensure supplies and consumables are available to meet team business needs. This role may encounter high risk or hazardous operations and/or include working shifts beyond a standard workweek. As such, a requirement of the role is to be at least 18 years of age by the time of joining.
This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
