Aircraft Maintenance Technician (A&P / Aviation Maintenance)
We are seeking experienced aviation maintenance professionals to join a growing MRO team in Northern Florida. This role supports maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications on corporate aircraft within a state-of-the-art maintenance facility. • Hourly Rate: $35.00–$45.00/hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
• Perform maintenance tasks according to work scope specifications and applicable technical data
• Execute inspections, servicing, lubrication, troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications on corporate aircraft
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and quality control standards
• Complete accurate aircraft maintenance documentation
• Support maintenance timelines and operational goals within a team environment
• Follow 5S practices and maintain focus on safety, quality, and zero-defect standards
Qualifications
• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License required
• Minimum 3 years of business jet maintenance experience OR 6+ years of military aviation maintenance experience
• Experience troubleshooting aircraft mechanical and electrical systems
• Ability to read and interpret aircraft diagrams, charts, and schematics
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces as needed
• Computer proficiency with aircraft maintenance software preferred
Preferred Qualifications
• FAA Inspection Authorization (IA) preferred
• Engine Run & Taxi qualification preferred
• Completion of aircraft maintenance training programs preferred
• Previous corporate or business jet maintenance experience highly desired
