🎯 Job Summary
The Warehouse SAP Analyst is responsible for optimizing warehouse operations through SAP systems, particularly SAP WM (Warehouse Management) and related logistics modules. This role bridges the gap between IT and warehouse teams, ensuring accurate inventory tracking, efficient workflows, and seamless integration of SAP solutions.

📌 Key Responsibilities
Configure and maintain SAP WM and related modules to support warehouse processes

Analyze warehouse operations and recommend SAP-based improvements

Collaborate with warehouse staff to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions

Support SAP implementations, upgrades, and data migrations for warehouse systems

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot SAP-related issues

Train warehouse personnel on SAP usage and best practices

Ensure compliance with inventory control policies and audit requirements

Develop reports and dashboards for warehouse KPIs using SAP tools

🧰 Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Logistics, or related field

3+ years of experience with SAP in a warehouse or logistics environment

Strong understanding of warehouse workflows and inventory management

Proficiency in SAP configuration, data analysis, and documentation

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work cross-functionally with IT and operations teams

⭐ Preferred Qualifications
SAP certification in WM

Experience with SAP

Familiarity with barcode scanning systems and mobile SAP solutions

Knowledge of lean warehousing
