Position Overview: As a Material Handler at PDS Tech Commercial, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our products are accurately picked, packed, shipped, and received in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Your attention to detail and strong work ethic will be key in maintaining the smooth flow of materials, ensuring customer satisfaction, and helping us meet crucial deadlines. Key Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment: Utilize order picklists and RF scanners to gather and organize parts from warehouse bins, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Packing & Shipping: Accurately pack parts according to customer orders, verifying correct quantities, quality, and labels before shipping.
Receiving & Inspecting: Examine incoming shipments for damages, verify accuracy, and record any discrepancies in quantities or conditions.
Forklift Operation: Safely operate an electric-powered forklift truck to move, stack, load, and unload materials throughout the warehouse.
Record Keeping: Prepare and maintain essential shipping/receiving documentation, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations and meet deadlines.

What We’re Looking For: Required Qualifications:

Experience: At least 2 years of warehouse experience, with a strong understanding of warehouse functions.
Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and be comfortable walking and standing on concrete for long periods.
Forklift Certification: Ability to safely operate a forklift truck.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy in order fulfillment, counting, and record-keeping is crucial.
Team-Oriented: A positive attitude and a willingness to work collaboratively with others.

Preferred Qualifications:

Technical Skills: Proficiency in PC-based software programs is a plus but not required.
Problem-Solving: Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and correct discrepancies as they arise..

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
