* Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
* Proven experience in the design, integration, and testing of SIGINT systems.
* Strong understanding of sensor technologies, data acquisition, and data processing techniques.
* Knowledge of communication systems and data transmission protocols.
* Experience with software tools for simulation and modeling of sensor systems.
* Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Must be a U.S. Citizen.
* Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret – SCI Security Clearance. Professional Attributes

* Lead the design and development of SIGINT systems, ensuring compliance with mission requirements and specifications.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sensor and data processing systems.
* Conduct performance analysis and testing of systems, including environmental testing and data validation.
* Develop documentation related to design, testing, and operational procedures.
* Stay current with advancements in SIGINT systems and recommend improvements.
* Participate in project planning, risk assessment, and management activities.
