What you will need to be successful in this role:
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in quality management, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance or continuous improvement roles.
- Certifications: Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred)
- Skills:
-Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices.
-Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
-Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel)
-Proficiency in PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $27.15 to $33.68 hourly. This range reflects the base pay for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location.
