Full-Time Consultant (6 months) Starting Pay $61.16 /hour (WA) Monday–Friday, 6AM–2:30PM
Shape Global Trade and Compliance Systems in AerospacePDS Tech Commercial is hiring an experienced Systems and Data Analyst to drive SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) system optimization in the aerospace industry. In this hybrid role, youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement critical compliance solutions—impacting international operations and ensuring regulatory alignment across global spanets.
What You’ll Do:Act as the primary GTS process expert for trade compliance initiatives
Lead requirements validation, solution design, and testing (functional/UAT)
Customize and configure SAP GTS modules to meet trade compliance needs (tariff classification, SPL, export/import controls)
Oversee compliance management including embargo checks and legal controls
Optimize customs management processes and electronic filings
Maintain accurate trade compliance and customs data within SAP GTS
Deliver training and user support across trade compliance functions
Stay current on international trade regulations and adjust systems accordingly
Troubleshoot SAP GTS issues, ensuring continuous system performance
What You Bring:Required Skills:
8–12 years of hands-on SAP GTS experience with strong configuration expertise
Participation in 2–3 global SAP implementation projects
Strong understanding of trade compliance regulations and customs procedures
Integration experience with SAP SD, MM, EHS, FI, and SAP TM
S/4 HANA experience, with awareness of release innovations
Familiarity with user exits, batch jobs, and standard SAP reports
Understanding of aerospace, defense, or supply chain environments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP certifications (SAP EWM certification a plus)
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience with Fiori UI and supply chain business models
Typical Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years’ related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

Pay Details: $61.16 per hour
