In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of workforce development—designing, delivering, and enhancing training programs that empower employees with the skills needed to build and maintain world-class aerospace systems. Your impact will be felt across teams as you help shape a safer, smarter, and more capable workforce.
What You’ll DoConduct learning needs analysis and define clear training objectives
Deliver engaging training content and evaluate effectiveness against goals
Lead coaching sessions to improve individual and team performance
Serve as an instructor in specialized aerospace disciplines (Electrical, Structural, Quality, Systems, etc.)
Facilitate training sessions, track learner progress, and provide performance insights
Customize learning materials, courses, and presentations to meet evolving needs
Promote and reinforce safety standards in all training activities
Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions to certify new instructors
What You BringRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and typically 6+ years of related experience
Proven experience in training delivery, coaching, and performance development
Expertise in one or more Aerospace disciplines: Electrical, Structural, Quality, or Systems
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards in aviation or manufacturing
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

Pay Details: $42.00 to $44.00 per hour
