We are looking for a Junior Specialist – Internal Communications to deliver extraordinary experiences for our employees.
This role is ideal for a strategic, creative, and collaborative professional who understands how internal communications, organizational culture, and corporate messaging drive alignment, engagement, and connection between employees and business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the development and execution of internal communication strategies, plans, and campaigns aligned with business, culture, and talent priorities.
• Partner with leaders, managers, and functional stakeholders to ensure clear, consistent, and effective communication.
• Translate complex information into clear messages and narratives that drive alignment and engagement.
• Create, edit, and manage internal communication content across written, digital, visual, and in-person formats.
• Develop executive messaging, talking points, scripts, and presentations for senior leaders.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce visual and multimedia materials.
• Support culture, transformation, and change management initiatives through communication plans.
• Contribute to sensitive or internal crisis communications.
• Collaborate on employer branding and employee advocacy initiatives.
• Track communication effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve reach and engagement.
Educational requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or Organizational Communication.
• Advanced English proficiency.
Experience:
• 2–4 years of experience in Internal Communications, Corporate Communications, Culture, Change Management, Employee Engagement, Human Resources, or Employer Branding.
• Experience in writing, editing, and managing content for internal audiences.
• Experience working with leaders and stakeholders to develop executive messaging, talking points, scripts, and presentations.
• Desirable experience in cultural transformation or change management initiatives.
