Essential Responsibilities
- Providing administrative and organizational support
- Own executive calendars, travel arrangements, and key meeting logistics
- Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and correspondence
- Coordinate communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Safeguard confidentiality while handling sensitive information
- Drive follow-up and execution, ensuring commitments and deadlines are met
- Proactively engage on and see projects through to successful completion within strict deadlines
- Plan, schedule, and arrange business meetings and travel itineraries
- Prepare and reconcile expense accounts
- Coordinate onsite and offsite business meeting and events
- Manage conference / meeting rooms and common office area
- Raising and receiving purchases orders
- Booking travel and managing expenses
- Raising and receiving purchases orders
- Assist with passport and visa requirements
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelors or Master’s degree
- Extended experience in similar roles
- Proven executive standing and ability to establish trusted relationship with the Leadership Team
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and work autonomously
- Ability to maintain high level of integrity and confidentiality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to draft clear and concise communications
- Strong administrative experience in a corporate environment supporting executives
- Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership skills and teamwork
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
- Fluent in English
- Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required.
